Klubersynth AR 34-401

Klübersynth AR 34-401 and -402 are synthetic wide-range greases based on a special calcium soap thickener. They are free from raw materials containing heavy metals and solid lubricants. The special additives contained in these greases provide utmost performance along with operational reliability and long service life. The pneumatic components consisting of the sealing elements and the opposing friction bodies, such as piston rods or cylinder barrels, can therefore be used in a relatively wide service temperature range. This is the result of a close cooperation between Klüber Lubrication, manufacturers of pneumatic elements and joints and university research centers.

Klübersynth AR 34-401 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth AR 34-401 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.

UNISILKON LCA 3801

UNISILKON LCA 3801 is a special lubricating grease neutral in odour and taste and based on silicone oil and a calcium soap. It has been developed primarily for valves and fittings as well as sanitary applications. UNISILKON LCA 3801 provides effective wetting even in narrow lubricating gaps and friction points that are difficult to reach.

Uniform operational smoothness is achieved with cold or hot water as the viscosity is not strongly influenced by changing temperatures, e.g. in single-lever mixers with specific surface pressures up to approx. 4 N/mm², depending on the design of ceramic cartridges.

UNISILKON LCA 3801 is resistant to many media used in the beverage industry and to acid or alkaline disinfectants but not resistant to most organic solvents and strong acids or lyes.

Klübersynth VR 69-252 N is a tailor-made, highly adhesive, light-colored lubricating grease based on fatty oil, calcium soap and PTFE. With a carefully selected combination of active substances, this lubricant offers very good performance and high functionality combined with a long service life. Klübersynth VR 69-252 N clearly surpasses the load alternation requirement of 200,000 cycles at a closing force of 2.5 Nm and is therefore in full compliance with the European standard DIN EN 200. Klübersynth VR 69-252 N meets the new drinking water and plastics guideline (KTW) of the German Umweltbundesamt (Federal Environmental Agency) and conforms to the current French positive list for drinking water applications ACS.

Kluberalfa YV 93-1202 is a white sliding agent with a good wetting capacity on the basis of perfluorinated polyether oils and solid lubricants.

Klüberalfa YV 93-1202 provides an exceptionally high stability to oxygen surges and very good resistance to various chemicals.

UNISILKON L 250 L is a special lubricant based on silicone oil and PTFE with high thermal stability. UNISILKON L 250 L offers good penetration ability in small lubrication gaps and lube points of difficult access. Owing to its relatively high viscosity, adhesion is improved even in case of unfavourable geometries. UNISILKON L 250 L is resistant to cold and hot water, superheated steam up to approx. 130 °C as well as industrial cleaning agents and disinfectants. UNISILKON L 20 L is also resistant to pumpable foodstuffs and beverages like fruit juices, beer or milk products. UNISILKON L 250 L is not resistant to organic solvents or strong acid and alkaline solutions.

Kluberalfa KRA 3-730 is a lubricating fluid based on selected PFPE oils that was especially developed for automatic minimum-quantity spray lubrication of plug-in contacts.

Klüberalfa KRA 3-730 reduces assembly forces and protects surfaces effectively against tribological ageing without increasing contact resistance.

A newly developed additive package prevents wear due to vibration (fretting corrosion) or frequent plug cycles, thus considerably increasing the operativeness of the lubricated contacts. Klüberalfa KRA 3-730 contains fluorescent indicators which make automatic, visual quality controls easier.
