Klübertop TP 28-1311 is a black, single-component bonded coating for elastomers. It is a heat-setting lubricant and therefore particularly suitable for online application on sponge and conventional rubber profiles.

Owing to its soft surface, the coating can be used on all visible surfaces where an appealing appearance is just as important as reliable operation.

One of the main advantages of this product is its good adhesion on various elastomers.

Klübertop TP 28-1311 contains selected solid lubricants and an organic, water-miscible binding agent.

Klübertop TP 29-1310 A/B, a two-component air-drying bonded coating with almost the same properties, is available for off-line coating processes.

As it is cross-linking at ambient temperature, it is particularly suitable for offline application on sponge and conventional rubber. Owing to its soft surface, Klübertop TP 29-1310 N A/B can be used in all areas where an appealing appearance is just as important as reliable operation.

One of the main advantages of this product is its good adhesion on materials like EPDM and other elastomers.

Klübertop TP 29-1310 N A/B contains selected solid lubricants and an organic, water-miscible binding agent and is free of co-solvent.

Klübertop TP 36-1300 NP A/B is a colourless two-component bonded coating for elastomers and thermoplastics.

It has a low friction coefficient and a high resistance to wear as well as chemical stability. As Klübertop TP 36-1300 NP A/B forms a nearly colourless dry film, it is particularly suitable for coloured seals and O-rings where increased operational reliability and colour fastness are equally important.

The bonded coating offers excellent adhesion on materials like EPDM, TPE, NBR, HNBR, FPM and PA. Due to the variety of materials we recommend testing the product with the component.

Klubertop TG 05 N is a thermo-setting, grey-black bonded coating based on graphite and an organic binding agent. It is a fluid, ready-to-use product containing a highly flammable mixture of solvents (former hazard class VbF A II). Once applied and hardened, the coating forms a dry lubricant layer which has a very wide service temperature range and a low friction coefficient, ensures that there is no stick slip at low speeds, has a long service life and is very resistant to wear. In addition, this product has an excellent resistance to oil, and a good resistance to chemicals. It also provides good corrosion protection on phosphated surfaces.

Kluberplus S 03-105

Kluberplus S 03-105 is a white, air-drying PTFE dispersion in an organic binding agent. Once applied and dried, the dispersion provides good wear resistance, has a low friction coefficient, and ensures smooth operation at low speeds. The dispersion dries very quickly in spite of the water contained in the solvent. Adhesion on iron, non-ferrous metals, plastic materials (e.g. ABS, PC, PVC, PU, PA, PS), and elastomers (e.g. NBR, FKM, SBR, EPDM) is good.

Klübertop TP 46-111 is a thermosetting, black bonded coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and an organic, water-dilutable binder.

Klübertop TP 46-111 is a ready-to-use fluid containing water as a solvent.

Once applied, this bonded coating dries rapidly, once hardened it ensures good resistance to wear and chemicals, a low friction coefficient, no stick-slip at low speeds and excellent corrosion protection on phosphated surfaces. Its resistance to oils and greases is good.

Adhesion to metals and various plastics is good.
